Founder and Business consultant
I moved from working in leadership positions within large corporations, such as head of brand and director of global sales, to becoming an entrepreneur.
While I was successful in those roles, I always felt a desire to make a greater impact on the world, and I struggled to identify a venture that would align with my goal of making a meaningful difference.
During one of my corporate positions, I worked with over 100 franchisees who were striving for success. My role involved crafting strategies, overseeing execution, measuring outcomes, and providing ongoing mentorship and consultation.
This experience provided deep insights into the entrepreneurial world, revealing common challenges, blind spots, and informational gaps among franchisees.
It occurred to me that I could have a significant impact on those entrepreneurs who hadn’t attended business school and who had started a business out of their passion for their profession rather than running it.
Motivated by this realization, I founded my own consulting firm. Our focus is on guiding, educating, empowering, and supporting small business owners in their pursuit of creating profitable and sustainable growth. No problem is too big or too small for us to tackle, and my goal is to be an unbiased, objective, experienced guide to help you fullfill your bigger vision and reach success.
